Joins us for a special Solemn/High Mass in observance of the Feast of St. Mary the Virgin*. We will have a special guest organist, Mr. James Harp, and some additional choristers. The service will include chanting, incense, additional hymns, and a sung Angelus. There will also be dinner following!
*This day is called The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary by our Roman siblings aka the Dormition of the Mother of God by our Eastern/orthodox siblings. We will honor the work of God in and through the Blessed Virgin Mary and seek to follow her example as the one whose "Yes" to God led to the Incarnation of God in Christ.
